A standard mattress and the Beyond-Sleep VibraSonic Mattress are slightly different. It features an adjustable base, memory foam, RGB lighting, and integrated phone chargers. However, that isn’t what distinguishes this. The fact that it includes integrated subwoofers is what really makes it unique. That may seem a little absurd, and it is, to be honest. Speaking like, “My bed has speakers in it,” or “Hold on, let me connect the bed to the Bluetooth,” is a little absurd, but that’s exactly what we did—we connected our phones to beds and started listening to music. The insane thing? Not only did it function, but it was quite excellent. Lying in bed with music playing all around you is actually soothing, even if it’s not simply the hilarious fun of listening to “All Star” as RGB lights flash beneath you. It can have an oddly reassuring and engrossing quality.

One day, I was working on my laptop mindlessly while writing something, and I could feel the bass gently coursing through me. It really helped me focus and was quite soothing. It’s an unexpected solution that turns out to be effective. That is part of this mattress’s magic. The incredibly comfy memory foam and the adjustable base that allows the mattress to be nearly transformed into a couch for more comfortable working or watching TV are especially helpful. Everything comes together incredibly well.

But there are a few problems. There’s a lot of wires under your bed, and they have to cross over in some awkward places. The satellite speakers, subwoofers, RGB lights, and adjustable base are all wired. Fortunately, there is only one device that needs to be hooked in, but there are still a lot of them, so it was a little unsettling to figure out which wire went where when the building was being built. The bed is also a touch short when the head area is raised; occasionally, I would find my feet protruding from the bed, but this could be resolved by moving the bed or scooting higher. Additionally, while the RGB lights are entertaining, they serve no purpose. Our cats, who prefer to lie beneath the bed, were not amused when their “cave” was suddenly illuminated.

Nevertheless, the VibraSonic Mattress is excellent. Although the main gimmick is a little ridiculous, it functions and, to be honest, kind of rules. Above all, it’s comfortable. To someone who has never had one before, the adjustable base is honestly a game changer. The memory foam is really comfortable but solid enough that you don’t sink into it. You really can’t go worse if you’re shopping for a new bed and want to try something different.

Summary:

Beyond-Sleep’s VibraSonic Mattress is a unique product with memory foam, adjustable foundation, RGB lighting, and built-in subwoofers. It enables customers to stream music straight through their mattresses by connecting their phones to Bluetooth, producing a fully immersive audio experience. It is comfortable for a variety of tasks, such as working or watching TV, and its adjustable base adds functionality. Although the mattress has many shortcomings, like complicated wiring and a relatively short bed when adjusted, it nonetheless provides a unique and cozy sleeping experience.
